We booked this cab because safety was our top priority for our girls’ trip. Unfortunately, the driver assigned to us was extremely rude throughout the journey. From the beginning, he kept asking us to return early because he wanted to sleep and rest. Instead of focusing on the trip we had booked, he continuously complained and created unnecessary issues. The worst experience was on our return journey at night. We had already informed and confirmed in advance that our drop-off would be at three different locations. However, in the middle of the night, the driver started shouting and arguing, refusing to complete the agreed drop-offs. There were four women travelling, yet he showed no concern for our safety. He insisted on dropping us at just one location and told us to arrange our own transport for the remaining stops because he didn’t want to drive any further. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If customer safety is a priority, drivers should honor the booking they have accepted instead of arguing with passengers or refusing the agreed service. Please ensure that drivers assigned for trips are willing to complete the journey professionally and respectfully, rather than prioritizing their own rest and convenience over the safety and comfort of passengers.

Review of AARADHYA TOUR AND TRAVELS , DELHI. Our recent trip to Delhi was made even more memorable thanks to the wonderful service provided by the AARADHYA TOUR AND TRAVELS , DELHI From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and our driver Bhai Mr Ashok, truly made a difference. He was not only a skilled and safe driver but also a kind and friendly person, always ready to help with any request and offer insightful local tips. One noteworthy incident that occurred during our trip was related to a payment issue. We had transferred 5000 INR to the driver via bank transfer, but the amount was debited from our account without reflecting in Ashok's. At first, we thought it was a simple technical glitch, but since the payment was not showing up on his end, we ended up giving him the 5000 INR in cash to settle the fare. What impressed us most was how professionally the situation was handled. The agency was very transparent about the issue, and within a few days, the 5000 INR was successfully credited to the my account. True to their word, the agency contacted us and promptly returned the amount to us, ensuring that we were not out of pocket for the confusion. Overall, despite the small hiccup, we were incredibly satisfied with the service. The integrity of the AARADHYA TOUR AND TRAVELS , DELHI and their quick resolution of the issue made us feel confident in their reliability. I highly recommend this agency for anyone visiting Delhi and in need of a trustworthy and caring driver. A big thanks to Ashok bhai for making our journey even more enjoyable. I am one of the regular customers(travelled 3 times with them) of Aaradhya travels. Obviously they are excellent everytime, making me come back to them. This time we booked this cab service for my family trip from Delhi to Jaipur. Driver Anshul was a very calm and composed person who had been very helpful and polite, punctual. Good driving skills. thanks to Mr Rahul for providing good cab and service 👍
